In this training you will gain the knowledge needed to facilitate productive conversations, build relationships, and find common ground. Our experienced trainers guide you through the 8-stage mediation model and a range of mediation techniques, both essential to successful conflict resolution. You will leave the training with hands-on mediation experience and a strong foundation to continue your journey toward becoming a certified mediator.
