    Do you want to find new ways to resolve conflict and sharpen your communication skills? In this training you will gain the knowledge needed to facilitate productive conversations, build relationships, and find common ground. Our experienced trainers guide you through the 8-stage mediation model and a range of mediation techniques, both essential to successful conflict resolution. You will leave the training with hands-on mediation experience and a strong foundation to continue your journey toward becoming a certified mediator.
