The Gig Harbor Lions have begun the Giving Tree Project once again in over 40 businesses throughout the Harbor. Look for the decorated trees or displays with tags indicating a wish for a child. Gifts are purchased and returned unwrapped to the business and the Lions will distribute the gifts to the Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH, Children's Home Society and The Cheney Club at Evergreen Elementary School. Last year over 2600 gifts and $6000 in gift cards were collected!!!
