Heron’s Key, a resort-style Life Plan Community located in Gig Harbor, Washington, is welcoming current and prospective residents to attend their Spring Cleaning for the Future event on March 16. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about decluttering, rightsizing, local real estate trends and more topics to help prepare for the future. Three local experts, Joshua Friedman and Lynn MacGougan from Coldwell Banker Bain and Liz Baker, owner of Rightsizing For Seniors, will be leading the discussion. Each speaker is experienced and skilled in helping seniors determine optimal plans for their future living and feeling confident in their decision to downsize.
During this panel, you will be able to hear inside information about the local real estate market, suggestions for downsizing, and about possible options for your future. After the panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to ask the professional panel any questions you may have about your spring cleaning.
