Washington Patriot Construction LLC (WA Patriot) is a Veteran-Owned commercial contracting firm with a strong history of leading design-build and negotiated projects for private, federal, and public clients.Established in 2009 and located in Gig Harbor, WA Patriot is a legacy firm of Wade Perrow Construction (WPC), a pioneer in design-build and award-winning general contractor for over 35 years.

Our team is experienced in providing preconstruction and construction management services under a variety of delivery methods including traditional hard bid, negotiated, and design-build. WA Patriot employs Union craftsmen who are capable of self-performing a diverse range of construction tasks, allowing us to better control cost and schedule.
